Billie is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Managing Partner and co-owner of Professional Counseling Associates with Dr. Raymond Branton and Dr. John Michael. She graduated with her Masters of Counseling degree from Phoenix Seminary. Billie has extensive experience – both personally and professionally - in helping children, adolescents, and families within the DCS/foster/adopt systems to heal from broken attachments and deep trauma wounds through a variety of roles including CASA, case manager, mentor, educator, foster and adoptive parent, and counselor. She is trained and specializes in healing trauma in individuals, couples, and families, as well as helping them work through various forms of abuse. In helping adults, adolescents, and children through the difficulties of life and strained relationships, Billie has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience to travel alongside those that are hurting and need encouragement and hope. Finally, Billie is forensically trained and a provider for the Maricopa County Superior Court. In her forensic role, she is able to provide therapeutic interventions, co-parenting counseling, court-ordered therapy, supervised visitation and other court-related activities.

Billie utilizes a variety of modalities for helping, including but not limited to EMDR, parts work, attachment theory, family systems work, and the Gottman Method. She will help you where help is needed through a sensitive, empathic therapeutic relationship, and she hopes to create a safe environment for you to work through thoughts, feelings, and emotions in order to lead you to more healthy and productive life-decisions, and solid relationships.

Billie is deeply involved in church activities both locally and worldwide, and has partnered with Christ Life Church in Zambia, Africa, working with Pastor Mulenga Chella’s team to train them in working through the pervasive trauma of the young street girls in their community. Billie loves to spend time with her husband, her four adult children and seven grandchildren. She enjoys being outdoors, going to the woods, and traveling within and out of the country.

Charlie is a Certified Mediator and member of the National Association of Certified Mediators.

He has more than two dozen years of experience negotiating and brokering contracts, designing cross functional teams, and managing conflict resolution both in specific, individual situations but also in systematic, procedural instances.

In addition to training in mediation through NACM and others as well as successful business experience in Sales, Management, and Customer Service... Charlie holds a BA in Finance, a Dave Ramsey Master  Financial Coach designation, and has owned two different self defense companies making him not just uniquely qualified as a mediator but a natural intermediary.

He believes genuinely in the idea of bringing people to agreement, the process of getting there, and the benefits of doing so
